Our clients, who are current Southland farmers, are looking for a compatible party to fill a capital gap with their purchase of a dairy farm in Central Southland.
They are interested in discussing this opportunity with potential parties who may be seeking a "debt-like" or semi-passive investment in the NZ farming sector.
Key Features of the Investment
- Excellent central Southland location
- Fully self contained operation with a separate dairy support block
- Seeking a minimum of $0.750m* and up to $2.000m*
- Flexible investment structure to suit- including:
- Ordinary equity (full participation in equity returns of the business)
- Hybrid debt (interest paid monthly + minimum equity return) or:
- Private Debt (interest paid monthly)
- Second mortgage security available.
- Fully Managed Investment – Our clients will be the farm manager, supported by an advisory board.
