This investment offers strong asset backing from a well run dairy unit with identified upside potential, alongside exposure to a growing business in one of the fastest-growing fresh-protein categories in Australasia.

• Raising $4–$5 million for approximately 50% ownership in a proven, scalable enterprise.
• Fully integrated model combining the Aparima dairy farm with Good Guise’s MPI-certified Mossburn processing facility, ensuring complete control of supply chain, provenance and product consistency.
• Production centred on fresh-milk paneer, queso fresco and specialty cheeses, aligned with clean-label, high-protein consumer trends.
• Paneer and similar fresh cheeses are experiencing significant structural growth, driven by expanding multicultural food adoption, home-cooking trends, and strong demand for high-protein, minimally processed dairy.
• Existing contracts with major national retailers & wholesalers, with strong repeat volumes, and significant forward orders across domestic and export channels provide multi-year visibility of demand.
• Strong revenue trajectory in the branded dairy processing business, continuing from the current run-rate with positive EBITDA already achieved.
• Ownership and management remain in place, supported by a detailed plan to expand capacity and build a category-leading fresh-cheese platform.
• Clear 5–7 year exit pathway via trade sale to strategic dairy buyers, distributors or specialty Agri Food investors.
• Preference is for a single strategic partner, though investment parcels from $1m+ will be considered.
